Color: Very pale gold, clear.
Nose: Tinge of petrol and stone fruits. Very closed off nose. Some Sprite aromas.
Taste: Granny smith apples and nectarines with grassy finish. Sweet but not cloying. Refreshing.
Acidity: Medium.
Density: >Medium.
Finish: >Medium long finish.
Alcohol: 8.5%
Notes: Tastes a little bit "fake" sweet, but refreshing, with balanced mouthfeel. Nothing incredible, but good after dinner drink as a dessert wine.
